Most rooms are not standard sizes, and most rugs are. Rugberry works the other way around. Every design in the house can be made to your measure in Dubai: your dimensions, your colours, your shape, cut and finished by hand.

How a custom rug happens

It begins with your room. Bring us dimensions, a floor plan, or photographs, and choose a design from the collection or a direction of your own. We confirm the size, the colours against your interior, and the material for how the room is used. Then the rug is made by hand and delivered to your door. Any size, any shape, any colour

Rectangles cut to the centimetre, rounds, runners for corridors and stairs, and irregular shapes drawn around furniture. Colours are matched to swatches, paint references, or the fabric on your sofa. If it can be drawn, it can be woven.

Ready in about a week

Selected designs from the Quick Custom Program are held as rolls in Dubai. Choose one, give us your dimensions, and the rug is cut, bound and finished in about a week. It is custom without the waiting.

Fully bespoke commissions

For a rug that exists nowhere else, we design from zero: patterns drawn for your space, woven in New Zealand wool, silk, or the rare fibres of Rugberry Reserve. Commissions take longer, and are worth it.

Questions we are asked most

Can any Rugberry design be made in a custom size?

Nearly all of them. The customisable collection holds every design available in bespoke dimensions, colours and proportions, and most of the house sits inside it.

What sizes and shapes can you make?

Rectangles cut to the centimetre, rounds, runners for corridors and staircases, and irregular forms drawn around furniture or architecture. There is no standard size list to work around.

How do you match colours?

Against something physical from your room: a fabric swatch, a paint reference, a stone sample or a photograph. Before full weaving begins we make a strike-off, a sample of the actual weave in the actual colours, so you approve the tone in your own light rather than on a screen.

How quickly can a custom rug be made?

Designs held as rolls in Dubai through the Quick Custom Program are cut and finished to your dimensions in about a week. Fully bespoke commissions take longer, and we confirm a delivery date at the outset.

What do you need from me to begin?

Room dimensions at minimum. A floor plan and a photograph of the space are better, and a swatch or paint reference better still. Everything after that is our work.
