Rugberry is a Dubai rug house that works the way American custom furniture makers do: to your measure, in your colours, by hand. No standard size chart, no pattern chosen from someone else's palette. You send the dimensions in feet and inches; we make the rug and ship it to your door.

The rare fibres almost nobody weaves

What brings most American clients to Rugberry is the material list. Mohair, alpaca, cashmere, merino and llama, fibres prized in fine tailoring and almost never made into floor pieces, gathered in Rugberry Reserve alongside our core work in New Zealand wool and silk.

Any size, any shape, any colour

Rectangles cut to the inch, rounds, runners, and oversized formats for open-plan rooms that standard sizes never fit. Colours are matched to a fabric swatch, a paint reference or photographs of the room, and before weaving begins we make a strike-off, a physical sample in your colours, so you approve the tone in your own light.

Handmade, not imported inventory

Every rug is made to order at the Rugberry workshop in Dubai, hand-tufted or hand-knotted, then finished, bound and shipped to the United States. This is the opposite of a warehouse model: your rug does not exist until you commission it.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, across all fifty states. Shipping is arranged when the rug is finished, and we handle the logistics end to end.

Can I order in feet and inches?

Yes. Send dimensions in whichever unit you use; American clients typically work in feet and inches and we cut to the inch.

How long does a rug take?

Selected designs held as rolls are cut and finished in about a week, plus shipping time to the USA. Fully bespoke commissions take longer, with a confirmed date at the outset.

How do I see the materials first?

We arrange samples for American clients and share the strike-off before weaving begins, so nothing is approved from a screen alone. Write to us and we will set it up.
