Luxury Rugs Riyadh
Luxury Rugs in Riyadh, Made to Measure
Riyadh homes are built on a scale most rug makers do not serve. A majlis of five or six metres cannot be furnished from a standard size chart, and that is precisely the work Rugberry exists for: rugs drawn for the room, cut to the centimetre, and delivered to your door in the Kingdom.

Made for the majlis
The rule for a majlis is one surface holding all the seating together, with generous margins beyond. That usually means four metres and up, which is where made to measure stops being a luxury and becomes the only way to get the size at all. We take a floor plan or measurements and draw the rug from there, in rectangles, rounds or forms that follow the seating, and confirm the dimensions with you before anything is woven.
Where we deliver in Riyadh
Most Riyadh commissions go to the same handful of districts, and the rooms in each ask for something different. Al Nakheel, Hittin and Al Malqa for new villas with double-height reception rooms. Al Olaya and the Diplomatic Quarter for apartments and residences at a more contained scale. Al Yasmin and Al Narjis for family compounds with more than one majlis. Al Rabwah and Al Wurud for established homes with formal rooms of defined proportion. We deliver the same way to Al Kharj, Al Qassim and across the Central Province.
The materials
Riyadh is dry and bright, and the material should answer that. New Zealand wool holds its colour under strong light and its shape under the traffic a majlis sees, which is why it is the default here. Silk and wool-silk weaves suit formal reception rooms, where the sheen lifts at seated eye level. Jute and wool weaves give a firmer, more textured surface for family rooms. For pieces meant to last generations, a hand-knotted rug is the traditional construction. The rare fibres of Rugberry Reserve, cashmere, alpaca, mohair, merino and llama, are shown on request for principal bedrooms and private rooms.
For designers and studios
Much of our Riyadh work comes through interior designers, and the process is built for it: drawings to scale against your floor plan, colour matched to the scheme rather than to a catalogue, a strike-off approved before weaving begins, and a single confirmed delivery date rather than a range. Trade terms, project pricing and sample handling are set out on the Rugberry Trade Program page.
Delivery across Saudi Arabia
Every piece is made by hand and delivered to Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and across the Kingdom, finished, bound and ready to place. Shipping and customs are handled in the quote, so the price you approve is the price you pay. Delivery is booked with you once the rug is finished. For the Western Province, see luxury rugs in Jeddah.
Questions we are asked most
Do you deliver to Riyadh?
Yes. We deliver across Saudi Arabia, with Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam the most frequent destinations. Delivery is arranged when the rug is finished.
Can you make a rug for a large majlis?
Yes, that is our core work. Majlis-scale pieces are made to order at any dimension, and hand-knotted construction is available for rugs intended to stay with the family.
Will strong light fade the rug?
New Zealand wool is chosen partly for its colour stability under strong light. Silk shifts in appearance as the light moves, which is an effect rather than a fault, and we will tell you where each material is a good idea.
How do I choose colours from Riyadh?
Send a fabric swatch, a paint reference or photographs of the room. Before weaving begins we make a strike-off, a physical sample of the weave in your colours, so you approve the tone in your own light.
Do you work with Riyadh interior designers?
Regularly. Drawings are prepared to scale against the floor plan, colours are matched to the scheme, and trade terms are set out on the Trade Program page.
How long does a commission take?
Selected designs held as rolls are cut to size in about a week. Fully bespoke commissions take longer, and we confirm a date rather than a range at the outset.
