Do you have retail store locations?
Rugberry sells online and from a sales office in Dubai, at Office 1804, Al Ameri Tower, Barsha Heights. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday, 10am to 5pm. Rugs and material samples can be seen there.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Rugberry delivers across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman, and to the United States, with other countries on request. Import duties and taxes are included in the price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is included on every order, to every country we deliver to.
How long does a rug take?
Stock designs are cut to your dimensions in about a week from Dubai. Made to measure pieces take around 30 days, and hand-knotted rugs around 60 days. Delivery after that is 7 to 10 days across the GCC and 10 to 14 days to the United States.
Do you offer express shipping?
Delivery times are set by the making, not the courier. If a date matters, tell us when you enquire and we will say what is possible.
Can I order a rug in a size or colour that is not listed?
Yes. Most designs are made in any size and any colour, including runners and round, square and irregular shapes. Send your dimensions, or a photograph of the room, and we will quote.
Can I see a sample first?
Yes. Material and colour samples are available before you commit. Ask for them when you enquire.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes. Interior designers, architects and hospitality buyers work with us through the Rugberry Trade Program, which carries trade terms, tear sheets and material samples. Send a project brief and we reply with a quote.
Do you have active discount codes or promotions?
Rugberry does not run discount codes or seasonal sales. Prices are held steady through the year. Trade terms are available to registered members of the Rugberry Trade Program.
