Return & Exchange Policy

MADE TO ORDER, SO ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Almost every Rugberry rug is made to your measure, in your colour, for your room. Because each piece is produced for one client only, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

We would rather you were certain before you order than disappointed afterwards, so please ask us for anything you need first. We can talk you through materials, send you a sample, and confirm sizing against your floor plan.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If your rug arrives with a manufacturing defect, notify us at info@shoprugberry.com within 24 hours of receiving it, with photographs of the rug and of the packaging. We will replace the piece with another of the same specification.

LOGISTICAL COSTS

Where a rug is replaced under the clause above, the cost of returning it to us is arranged and paid by you and then reimbursed, through your original payment method, within 10 days of the replacement being made.
