WHERE WE DELIVER

Rugberry delivers across the United Arab Emirates, the wider GCC, the United States and worldwide.

Delivery within the United Arab Emirates is complimentary on every order.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Rugs held in stock are delivered within 7 to 10 days across the GCC, and within 10 to 14 days to the United States and the rest of the world. All timelines are subject to availability.

Orders placed on a Sunday or a public holiday are processed on the next working day.

RUGS MADE TO YOUR MEASURE

Almost every Rugberry rug is made to order, so the timeline begins when your specification is confirmed rather than when the order is placed.

Hand-tufted, handwoven and handloom rugs are completed within 30 days. Hand-knotted rugs, including the Rugberry Reserve fibres, are completed within 60 days. Delivery time is added to these figures.

If a date matters to you, confirm it with us before you order and we will tell you what is possible.

DUTIES AND TAXES

The price you see is the price you pay. Import duties and taxes are included on every order, in every market. There is nothing further to pay on delivery.

RECEIVING YOUR RUG

Rugs are rolled and wrapped for transit. We recommend unrolling your rug within a few days of arrival and allowing it to settle.

Please inspect your rug on delivery. If anything is wrong, see our Return & Exchange Policy for what to do and by when.
